NEDUMBASSERY, NOV. 24. Emigration officials at the Cochin International Airport today detained a 38-year-old man who had been declared a fugitive by the Mumbai police. Joseph Jose, resident of Thannermukkam in Alappuzha district, was detained when he arrived here from Dubai on the Air-India flight AI 936. He was wanted in connection with a forgery case registered by the Mumbai police in 2001.
