HYDERABAD, NOV. 24. The Child and Police (CAP)-Teen Channel Institute of Vocational Education under the aegis of the State Institute of Vocational Education, Board of Intermediate Education, was inaugurated by Atchamamba, Director, Intermediate Education, here on Wednesday. The institute would train youngsters from under privileged sections of society in vocational, life skills and overall personality development to make them self-sustained. There would be short-term courses in data entry (six months duration), computer applications (one year), graphics and animation (six months) and pre-primary teacher training (one year). While pre-SSC candidates can take the first three courses, the pre-primary teachers training programme is only for matriculates.
