Chilly weather to continue

The night temperature is likely to be around 13 degree Celsius on Thursday. A clear sky has also been forecast for the day.

On Wednesday, the maximum temperature was 30 degree Celsius, minimum temperature 13 degree Celsius and relative humidity 36 per cent.

Physiotherapy course

Counselling for admission to Master of Physiotherapy course will be held on December 4 at the Learning Centre first floor O.P Block of Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences. Candidates are asked to report at 9.15 a.m. Names of candidates qualified for counselling can be viewed on the website www.nimsexams.com, according to a press release.

Sign language

course

The Ali Yavar Jung National Institute for the Hearing Handicapped will conduct part time "A" level four-month course in Indian sign language.

The course will commence from December 1. Last date for receipt of application is November 30. Those interested can apply to the Assistant Director, AYNIHH, Manovikas Nagar, Secunderabad.

Registration for

small scale units

The last date for registration for small scale units handling Carbontetrachloride and Hydrochlorofluoro Carbons in the State is December 31 and July 19, 2007, respectively.

They have to register with the Small Industries Service Institute as per the Ozone Depleting Substances (Regulation and Control) Amendment Rules, 2004, according to a press release.

`Drushti-2004'

`Drushti-2004', a programme in which a seven-year-old `child magician', Saroja Roy, will perform 30 tricks in 30 minutes, is being organised at Sundarayya Kala Kshetram, Bagh Lingampally, at 5.30 p.m. on November 25, according to a press release.
