OVL to bid for Yukos oilfield

NEW DELHI, NOV. 25. The public sector Oil and Natural Gas Corporation is likely to bid for acquiring assets of the crisis-ridden Russian oil giant, Yukos. This was disclosed here today by the Petroleum Secretary, S. C. Tripathi. He said the issue had been discussed at a `very preliminary' level, but had been approved by the Government.
