Letters to the Editor
Sir, The Government's rollback of its decision to raise the price of LPG (cooking gas) by Rs. 5 every month is laudable. It is a great relief to the common people. The Left has once again proved that it represents the interests of the people. The UPA Government too deserves praise for recognising the reasonable demands of the people.
R. Ponnarassi,
Sir, Though the hike in the price of petroleum products is a heavy blow to the middle and low income households, the rollback is good news a silver lining in the otherwise glum situation.
Soundara Subramanian,
