Kurnool
By Our Staff Reporter
KURNOOL, NOV. 25. The district secretary of CPI(ML) New Democracy, P. Gokari, said an agitation would be launched if the Government tried to take away seed farm land from the poor at Tangedancha in Jupadu Bungalow mandal of Kurnool district. In a statement, he said the agriculture department was planning to deprive the poor of the land in the name of "farm revival." He said the Government had promised to distribute 550 acres out of 1,600 acres among the landless poor. Any change in the policy would lead to unrest among the poor, he said.
