Cuban delegation to visit State

By Our Staff Reporter

ANANTAPUR, NOV. 25. The State council general secretary of All India Peace and Solidarity Organisation and former CPI legislator, K. Subbaraju, said that a high-level delegation from Cuba would visit the State on November 28 and 29.

Talking to newspersons here today he said the team would visit Hyderabad on November 28 and Vijayawada on November 29. The members are also scheduled to visit Delhi, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Orissa, West Bengal and Tripura during their stay in India from November 21 to December 10, on an invitation from the AIPSO.

On the letter written by the US Ambassador to India to the Chief Minister of Assam offering the help of investigation by the FBI on riots in Assam and Nagaland, Mr. Subbaraju said it reflected the "inquisitiveness" of the US in intervening in the internal affairs of India. Condemning the US action he said it was questioning the sovereignty of the country.
