KOCHI,
NOV. 25.
The Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, B. Subhashan Reddy, has made it clear that the service of a sitting judge cannot be spared for heading a judicial commission to inquire into the attack on mediapersons at Karipur airport. He made the statement while hearing the arguments on writ petitions seeking to issue quo warranto against the Industries Minister, P.K. Kunhalikutty, and a further investigation into the ice-cream parlour sex scandal case.
