Accused in Marad case turns approver

KOZHIKODE,
NOV. 25.
K.Subramaniyan, accused of manufacturing weapons, including swords and daggers for the assailants, has turned approver in Marad massacre case.
His petition seeking to be an approver was moved through the lawyer E.K. Santosh Kumar at the Marad Special Court at Eranhipalam today. A native of Tirur, Subramaniyan was charge-sheeted as the 108th accused in the case. He was on bail.
