Park, Dredge in lead
SHANGHAI,
NOV. 26.
Ohno Park and Bradley Dredge shot five-under-par 67s on Thursday to share the lead after the first round of the China Open, the first event of the 2005 European PGA tour.
India's Amandeep Johl, England's Barry Lane, Marc Cayeux of Zimbabwe, Stephen Dodd of Wales, Englishman Matthew King and Australia's Jason Dawes were one shot back at four-under 68.
Six players were at three-under, including Chinese defending champion Zhang Lianwei, Mads Vibe-Hastrup of Denmark, South African James Kingston, Joon Chung of South Korea, Angelo Que of the Philippines, and American Andrew Pitts. — AP
