BANGALORE, NOV. 25. The city police have proposed reversal of the one-way rule on Hayes Road and Convent Road to facilitate enforcement of one-way rule on Richmond Road and Residency Road from December 1. The one-way rule on Hayes Road from Cash Pharmacy Junction to Richmond Road will be altered. Vehicles will now ply in the opposite direction on this road. Similarly, on Convent Road, the one-way traffic from Richmond Road to Residency Road will be altered.
