By Our Special Correspondent BANGALORE, NOV. 25. Book lovers in the city have reasons to feel happy. This year's Strand Book Festival is on from November 26 till December 12 at The Estate, next to Manipal Centre, on Dickenson Road. According to Vidya Virkar, partner and manager of Strand Book Stall, there will be a number of titles on various subjects, with a minimum discount of 40 per cent on most books and up to 80 per cent on some. "Our loyalty to our customers prompts us to do better each year and they are sure to find the widest choice possible this year," she said. Strand was the first in Bangalore to introduce book readings as a regular feature to encourage love for reading and books. It was the first to extend a minimum discount of 20 per cent for many books.
