BIDAR, NOV. 27. A mass Army recruitment rally will be held at the Nehru Stadium here for seven days from December 5. Candidates from Bidar, Gulbarga, Raichur, and Bijapur may appear on December 6; those from Bagalkot, Koppal, Gadag, and Dharwad, may appear on December 7; and those from Bellary, Haveri, and Belgaum, may appear on December 8, according to an official release. Candidates from all these districts can participate in the rally on December 5. They should be present for tests at 9 a.m. Selection for soldier technical, soldier clerk, storekeeper, and nursing assistant, will be held on December 5, and selection for soldier general duty from December 6 to December 8. Written examination will be held in Belgaum on December 26. For details, contact the District Employment Office.
