NALGONDA, NOV.27. Two youngsters who were allegedly cheating vehicle owners in the guise of Road Transport Officers (RTOs), were arrested by the Valigonda police on Saturday. According to police sources, K. Mallesh Goud (26) of Bibinagar and M. Srinivas (22) of Secunderabad, were caught red-handed while collecting money from vehicle owners. They allegedly collected more than Rs.500 on Chowtuppal-Valigonda road by pretending to be RTOs.
