NEW DELHI, NOV. 29. Three persons were detained by the Central Industrial Security Force on Sunday for allegedly moving around in the Indira Gandhi International Airport terminal on the basis of temporary passes issued in someone else's name.

According to the CISF, three persons, Surinder Singh, Suskant Pundir and Sashank Nautiyal, were brought to the airport terminal by Kuldeep Bhasin, manager of Sub-Way fast food yesterday. The manager said that they had come to finish some work at the fast-food joint, due to be inaugurated on Monday.

However, upon checking it was found that the three men were moving around in the airport terminal on the basis of temporary passes issued for Sandeep Nicholson, Punit and Gagan.

They were handed over to the IGI Airport police and have been booked under the Delhi Police Act.

In another case, a 24-year-old loader, working with a private airlines, was stopped by the CISF at terminal 1B when they saw him moving with a bag on November 27. They questioned him about the bag to which he could not give a satisfactory answer.

Following further questioning, the man, identified as Mukesh Kumar, allegedly confessed to having stolen the bag from the transport of Air Sahara. The CISF officials recovered a computer printer, along with cartridges, from the bag. Subsequently, he was handed over to Palam police. Further investigations in the case are on.
