Bengal upsets Maharashtra

HYDERABAD, NOV. 30. Unseeded Bengal surprised third-seeded Maharashtra 2-1 in the league match of the boys' team championship in the 32nd sub-junior national and inter-state carrom championship at Victory Playground here on Tuesday.

In the girls' section, Hyderabad qualified for the knock-out phase along with Tamil Nadu.
