Children rally against pollution

BANGALORE, NOV. 30. To spread awareness about increasing air pollution in the city, the children of St. Ann's High School and Venkat International Public School, Rajajinagar, took out a rally here today.

Narendra Babu, MLA, inaugurated the rally. He was accompanied by T. Balakrishna, chairman of Venkat International Group and St. Ann's Group of Institutions.

Around 1,000 students and 100 teachers from both the schools participated in the rally, which covered areas including Prasanna theatre, Magadi Road, Basaveshwaranagar and the Regional Transport Office, Rajajinagar.
