Pledge to fight AIDS administered
HYDERABAD,
DEC. 1.
Junior doctors organised an AIDS awareness programme at Osmania Medical College on the occasion of World AIDS Day on Wednesday.
Agriculture Minister, N. Raghuveera Reddy, flagged off a rally of junior doctors from Osmania Medical College to the Office of the Director of Medical Education and back. The participants raised slogans and distributed pamphlets regarding AIDS prevention.
Earlier, he administered a pledge to fight AIDS and stressed the role of doctors in spreading awareness and preventing the spread of the disease.
