Partly cloudy sky forecast

The city recorded a maximum temperature of 27.9 degrees Celsius and a minimum temperature of 15.4 degrees Celsius on Thursday. The relative humidity was 62 per cent.

At the airport, the maximum temperature was 27.8 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was 14.8 degrees Celsius. The relative humidity was 56 per cent.

The forecast for Friday is: the sky will be partly cloudy. The minimum temperature will be around 15 degrees Celsius.

Meet

The Hindu will organise a meet for The Hindu NIE (Newspaper in Education) Teacher Coordinators on Friday at Hotel Ashraya International, opposite the office of the Police Commissioner, Bhagwan Mahaveer (Infantry) Road from 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. The interactive meet will cover various aspects of NIE.

SpeedPost

SpeedPost service will now be available at the following post offices in the city. Letters, other articles and SpeedPost money orders can be booked between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. at M.S. Nagar, Sahakarnagar, and Virgonagar post offices.
