HYDERABAD, DEC. 3. The Union Labour Minister and TRS president, K. Chandrasekhar Rao, arrived to a tumultuous welcome at the airport here on Friday evening on his first visit to the city after getting the portfolio and the constitution of a United Progressive Alliance (UPA) sub-committee to go into the demand for Telangana State. He was greeted with slogan-shouting and fireworks by TRS supporters.
