This Day That Age
It was announced from Rashtrapati Bhavan on December 5 that the President, on the advice of the Prime Minister, has appointed the following persons to be Ministers: Dr.Syed Mahmud, Mr. Hari Vinayak Pataskar, Mr. Keshav Dev Malaviya, Mr. Manilal Chaturbhai Shah and Mr. Arun Chandra Guha. They will be Ministers of State and will not enjoy Cabinet rank.
