NEW DELHI, DEC. 5. Top leaders of the NSCN (I-M) arrived here tonight for talks with the Centre. The chairman, Isak Swu, and the general secretary, T. Muivah, who arrived from Amsterdam, were received by the Centre's interlocutor, K. Padmanabhaiah, at the airport. — PTI
