ICICI Bank to consider ADR issue

MUMBAI, DEC. 6. The board of ICICI Bank will meet on December 13 to consider a proposal to sponsor American Depository Receipt issue against existing equity shares. Such a proposal would enable existing shareholders to divest their holdings in the overseas market through mechanism of sponsored ADR offering, ICICI Bank said in a release here today. — PTI
