Nestle declares second interim

NEW DELHI, DEC. 7. Nestle India today declared a second interim dividend of Rs. 10 per equity share for 2004. With this, the total dividend payment in 2004 would come to Rs. 20 per share, representing 200 per cent of the nominal share value, Nestle India Chairman and Managing Director, Carlo Donati, said in a statement. — PTI
