MM Forgings to consider bonus

MUMBAI: MM Forgings has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that a meeting of the board of directors would be held on December 13 to consider the issue of bonus shares. The company has an equity capital of Rs. 3.02 crores. Reserves stood at Rs. 43.88 crores on March 31, 2004. — Our Bureau
