M.D. Anup Kiran and Ruth Misha claimed the boys and girls' under-16 singles titles respectively in the East Cultural Association's State junior ranking badminton championship here on Tuesday.
The results (all finals):
Boys under-16: Singles: M.D. Anup Kiran bt D.S. Samarth 15-8,15-6. Doubles: Samarth & Dheeraj bt M.C. Raghuveer & Udit Hedge 15-12,17-15.
Under-13 singles: Prakash Jolly bt Rahul Roshan 15-2,15-1. Under-10 singles: S. Siddarth bt M.C. Srivas 15-0,15-2.
Girls under-16: Singles: Ruth Misha bt Monisha Vinayak 11-5,11-4. Doubles: Monsiha & G.M. Nischita bt Taanya Ravi & Varsha 15-2,15-4.
Under-13 singles: Ankita Ashok bt Taanya Ravi 2-11,11-5,11-5. Doubles: Taanya & Jacqueline bt Uttara Prakash & D.M. Smruthi 15-3,15-7.
