ADILABAD, DEC. 7. A 16-year-old tribal girl became an unwed mother when she delivered a baby girl on December 6 at the Ashrama School at Rasimetta village in Jainoor mandal. According to information, the girl from Polasa village in the same mandal, is studying in eighth class. On coming to know of the case, ITDA and Tribal Welfare Department officials visited her on Tuesday morning and shifted her to Utnoor hospital. However, in the evening she was brought to Adilabad headquarters hospital where the mother and child were undergoing post-natal treatment.
