GUNTUR, DEC. 7. The Communist Party of India (Marxist)supports the Pulichintala multi-purpose project and its construction should be completed at all costs, its newly-elected secretary, D. Rama Devi said. The Government should, however, ensure full payment of compensation to those who will be displaced, said P. Narasimha Rao, a secretariat member. The Government would be asked to implement more number of lift irrigation projects in the district, he added.
