BANGALORE, DEC. 7. If you have any complaints about the Bangalore Development Authority's (BDA's) services, all you have to do is call 155302 and leave a complaint. The BDA authorities will take care of it for you. As part of the online complaint management system, which will be available from mid-December, four telephone lines will be made available on this number to receive complaints. The system will also guide the caller to the BDA division concerned to make the complaint. A timeframe, within which the authorities will attend to the complaints, has also been set up by the BDA. Once the complaint has been looked into, the BDA will get back to the caller.
