Rangasamy greets Sonia

PONDICHERRY, DEC. 8. The Chief Minister, N. Rangasamy, today greeted the Congress president and chairperson of the National Advisory Council, Sonia Gandhi, on the eve of her birthday. In a message, he said Ms. Gandhi had been extending advice and guidance to the Pondicherry Government on formulation of schemes and programmes to ameliorate the lot of the poor.
