Gaurav scalps six
MUMBAI,
DEC. 9.
Gaurav Dhiman's incisive spell of six for 26 gave him a match haul of 10 and fetched Karnataka a win by an innings and 29 runs against Goa. In another match Chanderpal Saini's century (113, 10 x 4s) put Haryana in a comfortable position on the second day of the Elite Group `A' three-day match of the Cooch Behar Trophy (under-19) tournament here on Thursday.
The scores:
Haryana 381 (A. Rawat 66, Prem Prateek 82, Chandrapal Saini 113) v Delhi 226 for nine (Aditya Jain 55,Wilkins Victor 77).
Goa 102 and 89 (G. Dhiman six for 26) lost to Karnataka 220 (G. Satish 77) by an innings and 29 runs.
