Gateway Distriparks files draft prospectus
CHENNAI: Gateway Distriparks, a leading port-related container freight station-cum-logistics company, has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an initial public offering of 21 million equity shares of Rs. 10 each for cash at a price to be decided through the book-building route. The offer represents 28 per cent of the fully diluted post-issue paid-up capital of the company. The company has appointed IL&FS Investment and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company as the book running lead managers. The issue is slated to hit the capital markets in early 2005.
