Shridev, Sandeep star in NIT's win

TIRUCHI, DEC. 10. Shridev (64) and Sandeep (47 not out) enabled National Institute of Technology (NIT) to score a comfortable eight wicket win over Campion CC in a Tiruchi District Cricket Association-Indian Bank I Division league match here recently.

The scores:

I Division: Campion CC 150 for nine in 38 overs (M. Mohamed Haroon Basha 45) lost to NIT 151 for two in 30.3 overs (Shridev 64, Sandeep 47 not out).

MAP CC 132 in 44.5 overs (D. Karthikeyan 40 not out) lost to Neptune CC 133 for six in 42.1 overs

II Division: Golden Arrows CC 114 in 45 overs (H. Sathish Kumar 51, Varadharajan four for 11) bt Jaguar CC 110 in 42.2 overs (Renga Bashyam four for 23).

Golden Chariot CC `A' 173 in 44.5 overs (R. Ganesh 45, S. Raja 53) bt Tiruchi United CC 99.

IV Division: Mannachanallur Junior B CC 109 for nine in 30 overs lost to Cauvery RC 110 for six in 16 overs.

Krish CC 115 for nine in 30 overs lost to Warriors Avenue CC 116 for nine in 28.3 overs (Manivannan 57)

V Division: Indian CC 48 in 15.3 overs (S. Ramesh four for 21, Abel four for 3) lost to TVS RC 49 for three in 15.3 overs.

Pudukottai RC 170 for five in 26 overs (N. Vishnukumar 64, T. Kamaludeen 40 not out) bt Rainbow CC 128 for five (S. Vivek 59 not out).

Promising XI CC 63 in 26.5 overs lost to Premier CC 64 for six in 20 overs.
