SHIMOGA, DEC. 10. S. Bangarappa, Bharatiya Janata Party MP from Shimoga and former Chief Minister, said today that there was no need to attach any great importance to his statements against the BJP leadership as it was an expression of his dissatisfaction with certain matters. He was addressing a public meeting organised to mark the conclusion of a weeklong health camp conducted by the Chandrahas Trust floated by him at Sorab, his native place, about 80 km from here. Mr. Bangarappa said he did not wish to make a political statement on this occasion. Differences with the party leadership could be sorted out through discussion. It was not only in the BJP that leaders expressed differing views. "My expression of dissatisfaction should not be construed as something extraordinary,'' he added.
