LUCKNOW, DEC. 11. Demanding immediate dismissal of Mr Laloo Prasad Yadav and Mr Ramvilas Paswan from the Union Cabinet, the Bharatiya Janata Party today ridiculed the Congress's allegation against Opposition for obstructing Parliament proceedings over the issue. ``Prime Minister Manmohan Singh should immediately dismiss both the ministers who had violated the democratic norms,'' said former BJP president and Rajya Sabha member M Venkaiah Naidu here. Addressing a press conference, Mr Naidu took strong exception to the statement of Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad, who had claimed that the Opposition's role in the House was due to the non-existence of any serious business. ``Such statement only proves that the Congress government has no business to be taken in Parliament even after making several promises,'' he said. ``It is the duty of the government to take up business in the house and not the Opposition,'' he added. Demanding immediate tabling of a Bill to guarantee employment of at least 100 days in a year to the youths, Mr Naidu said the recent spat between Union Railway Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav and Chemical and Fertiliser Minister Ramvilas Paswan had raised doubt over the normal functioning of the government. ``A high-level probe should be ordered on the charges levelled by these ministers against each other so that the countrymen should know the real facts,'' he demanded. - UNI
