Wakf Inspector visits `disputed' site

TIRUPATI. Dec 11. The Chittoor District Wakf Board Inspector, S. Nazeeb Ahmed visited Kupuchandrapet near here for a personal inspection of the site in the village's Muslim burial ground which is allegedly under the illegal occupation of some unauthorised persons from Tirupati.
The village's head of the Muslim Development Committee, S. Jaffer Saheb, in a statement said that the Wakf official who conducted a detailed inspection of the disputed site has promised to submit a report to the district Collector.
