HYDERABAD, DEC. 11. Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages will offer part-time courses in foreign languages beginning on January 1. The courses are: Certificate of Proficiency in French, Russian and Japanese (intensive) and Russian (non-intensive), Russian (non-intensive), German, Russian, Spanish and Japanese (intensive). Details can be obtained from the Dean's office (foreign languages), CIEFL, in person from December 13.
