BANGALORE, DEC. 11. The third quality, according to Mr. Premji, is to build one's self-confidence while not being afraid to accept genuine mistakes and learn from them. M.R. Doreswamy, founder of PES Institutions, said the institution (institute of technology) was founded in 1972 with just 40 students in a rented building. "Today we have more than 10,000 students and 37 programmes spread across different campuses in Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh.
