DCB revises mortgage rates
CHENNAI: Development Credit Bank has revised the mortgage rates for its home purchase loans, home construction loans and home improvement loans. The fixed and floating rates for home purchase and construction loans are: 8.2 per cent and 7.75 per cent respectively; for home improvement loans 8.75 per cent (8.25 per cent); home extension loans 8.25 per cent (7.75 per cent) and home equity (residential) 13.50 per cent (12.50 per cent).
