Glenmark's FCCB issue

MUMBAI, DEC. 13. Glenmark Pharmaceuticals is planning to raise up to $100 million by issuing foreign currency convertible bonds (FCCBs) to support business growth plans. The board at its meeting held on December 11 approved the proposal for the issue of FCCBs, the company said in a communication to the Bombay Stock Exchange today. — PTI
