Case against Laxmi Parvathi
HYDERABAD,
DEC. 13.
The Banjara Hills police have registered a cheating case against NTR Telugu Desam Party president, Laxmi Parvathi, following directions from a local court in connection with a private complaint lodged by former Chief Minister's son, Ramakrishna.
In his petition placed before the Fifth Metropolitan Magistrate court, Mr. Ramakrishna charged that Ms. Parvathi had forged a will in the name of his late father to claim rights over a house on Road No. 13 of Banjara Hills and a farmhouse in Gandipet.
The case was registered under section 420 (cheating), 468 (forgery) and 471(using forged documents as genuine) of IPC. Already, a civil case is pending in the Second Additional Senior Civil Judge court between the two parties relating to the two assets. Mr. Ramakrishna contended that Ms. Parvathi had sold the two properties to Sambashiva Rao and Kiranmai illegally.
