Syndicate Bank launches retail product
CHENNAI: Syndicate Bank has launched Synd Yatra, a retail loan product that caters to domestic and international travel for holiday, personal and business travel undertaken by its customers. Under this scheme, the bank will be offering loan up to a maximum of 12 times the monthly salary or 50 per cent of the average annual income. The maximum loan amount will be Rs. 3 lakhs for travel within the country and Rs. 5 lakhs for overseas travel. The loan will carry an interest rate of 12 per cent, says a release.
