HYDERABAD, DEC. 14. Taj Krishna, the five-star luxury hotel, has become a member of the Leading Hotels of the World Limited, a prestigious marketing organisation representing World's 400 finest hotels in 80 countries. Taj Krishna is only the 13th hotel in India and third in South India to become a member of the elite list of finest hotels. By becoming a member, the luxury hotel in Hyderabad would share a global reservation network. Announcing the significant milestone at a press conference here, the Taj group Vice-President (marketing), Beate H. K. Mauder, and Area Director and General Manager, Taj Krishna, Veer Vijay Singh, said Taj Krishna would become the preferred hotel in this region for members of the Leaders club, an exclusive club of global frequent guests of the Leading Hotels of the World.
Taj Krishna has 258 guest rooms and a choice of five food and beverage outlets and full-fledged business centre with two boardrooms. Renovation work was completed recently at a cost of Rs. 60 crores. Taj group planned to develop Falaknuma palace into a heritage hotel and work would commence once all the formal permissions were received. The Taj GVK group was set to start its new hotel in Chandigarh from next year, he added.
