Aravana distribution hit at Sabarimala

PATHANAMTHITTA, DEC. 14. The Aravana distribution at Sabarimala was disrupted from 6.30 p.m. today reportedly due to shortage of packing materials.

The Executive Officer, V.S. Rajagopalan Nair, told The Hindu that the Travancore Devaswom Board had to regulate the Aravana sales to 10 containers per head from Monday due to shortage of eco-friendly containers.

However, the Aravana distribution was stopped completely by this afternoon.
