JAIPUR, DEC. 15. Economists, social scientists, trade union activists, representatives of International Labour Organisation (ILO), Government officials and policy makers will discuss the current labour issues and various aspects of human capital base of labour market at the 46th annual conference of the Indian Society of Labour Economics beginning here tomorrow. The three-day conference, being organised by Jaipur-based Institute of Development Studies (IDS), will be inaugurated by the Planning Commission's Member, B.N. Yugandhar. D. Narasimha Reddy, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad, will preside over the conference.
