BHOPAL, DEC. 16. The Madhya Pradesh Congress leaders today sat on a dharna here to highlight the "failures' of the Bharatiya Janata Party Government. The MPCC President, Subhash Yadav, former State Minister Harbans Singh, former MLA from Bhopal South P.C. Sharma, State party unit office bearers, Gufran-e-Azam, Manak Agrawal, and Deepchand Yadav participated in the dharna held at the busy Roshanpura square. The protest was against the State BJP Government's "one year of misrule". The Seva Dal workers were seen holding placards declaring the State Government as "anti-farmer". Some placards had slogans against the latest hike in electricity tariffs. The Congress leaders said that the State Government had failed to fulfil its pre-election promises. They particularly pulled up the Government for its failure to find a solution to the electricity crisis.
