`A matter of will'

" It needs will to do it. I brought the naxalite problem to zero level," claimed Ms. Uma Bharti on Thursday.
Though the "problem" was confined to one district and not as serious as in Andhra Pradesh, it was tackled effectively by preparing an action plan, she said at a press conference here. Under a 90-day plan, Ms.Bharti said that all departments were instructed that development works like roads should be taken up and there should be no false cases and atrocities. "People stopped supporting naxalites," she added.
Agreeing that the problem was "very serious" here, she said that it could be tackled in a different manner and her plan could also be incorporated.
