NELLORE, DEC. 16. The district Collector, B. Rajsekhar, has advised nodal lecturers to clear all doubts of students, pertaining to the AIDS disease. Addressing a meeting at D.K.W. Government College on Thursday, he expressed the opinion that the awareness programme should undergo necessary changes in tune with changing times for which lecturers should be prepared to provide answers without any hesitation by acquiring appropriate communication skills. The Collector expressed the opinion that unless large-scale awareness programmes were undertaken on par with the programmes launched in Thailand, the spread of AIDS could not be contained in the country. A number of lecturers attended the programme. Later at a function held at the `Telugu Bala Mahila Pranganam', Mr. Rajsekhar declared open the `Vijaya Vihari--Bharata Nari' pictorial exhibition, organised by the Field Exhibition Office of the Ministry of Information & Broadcasting.
