HCL Tech buys stake in U.S. firm

NEW DELHI, DEC. 17. HCL Technologies has acquired 51 per cent stake in the U.S.-based technology company Aalayance for $1.9 million.

The investment will be made through its wholly owned subsidiary, HCL Technologies Bermuda Ltd, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
