SHIMLA, DEC.17. 11 people are reported to have been killed and 19 others were injured when a private bus coming from Reckong Peo in Kinnaur to Shimla met with an accident at Baruni near Jhakri in Rampur Sub-Division. Seven of the seriously injured have been referred to the Indira Gandhi Medical College and State Hospital in the capital and 12 others had been admitted in the Rampur Hospital in interior Shimla district. Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh has directed the District Administration to provide immediate relief and all possible assistance to the affected families. He has also directed Medical authorities to provide best treatment to the injured persons in the accident. Horticulture Minister Singhi Ram and Member of Parliament Pratibha Singh have expressed grief over the accident.
